Employment Opportunities

If you are a highly motivated person and are interested in employment opportunities with a highly regarded EMS provider, we are looking for you. The North East Quadrant Advanced Life Support, Inc is the operator of the Webster Emergency Medical Service. As an employee of NEQALS we offer opportunties not only with Webster EMS, but at multiple agencies that we provide staffing to. This provides a variety of experiences in both suburban and rural settings.

In today's day and age, we realize that there are many agencies in the area that are looking for dedicated and professional EMTs. At NEQALS we believe we offer a competitive rate for hourly staff. In addition we offer a relaxed work environment in one of the fastest growing areas in Monroe County.

At NEQALS we have a very small time requirement of only 24 hours per month of prime duty for per diem employees. These 24 hours can be reached by several means, including prime duty hourly shifts, pay per call shifts, meetings, training, and administrative work for the organization. We also do offer part time and full time opportunities as well.

NEQALS follows the NYS DoH policy statement number 00-10 in regards to establishing guidelines for employment for all levels of EMTs. See the policy statement here.
